1、Phenolic resin7522 is a kind of thermosetting butyl phenol formaldehyde resin, mainly used for neoprene rubber materials, and it is applicable to contact adhesive formulation system. The resin for this kind of adhesive initial viscosity is not too high, but it has high viscosity and good durability. In the adhesive system which use neoprene as bases, phenolic resin 7522 shows good glue strength at indoor temperature and high temperature.

3、Solubility
It’s dissolved in the aromatic solvent(toluene,xylene),ketone,chlorinated hydrocarbons, partially soluble in ethane and heptane.
4、Burdening
In neoprene G-40S-1 adhesive, the function of 7522 resin is to make it have two functions. The two functions are the low initial viscosity and good viscosity stability. This depends on the elastomer varieties of adhesive and to develop its by the interaction of cohesive strength metal oxide at indoor temperature and high temperature.
5、Recommended uses
Adhesive: hot melt adhesive, pressure sensitive adhesive, all-purpose adhesive, sealing compound, glue and so on.
Coating：film-forming material for coatings, binders, oil paint, solvent based coating and so on.
Rubber field: neoprene, chemigum, silicone rubber, fluoro rubber, thiokol and so on.
Textile industry: printing binder, fabric paste hot melt adhesive, hot melt adhesive lining cloth processing, the carpet back with hot melt adhesive glue etc.
Packaging products: packing hot melt adhesive, food packaging hot melt adhesive, drink package resin, packaging adhesive etc.
Inks material: oil-based ink, solvent-based ink, synthetic resin ink, carton printing ink etc.
