The SNL 5042 type chloroprene rubber latex is a kind of adhesive chloroprene rubber latex with high crystallinity, which is manufactured by emulsion polymerization with chloroprene as the monomer and mercaptan as the conditioning agent under anionic dispersion system and by using Nairit polymerization process technology. The SNL 5042 type chloroprene rubber latex has the features of high initial adhesive strength, fast adhesive speed, good film-forming property, pretty good adhesive property and excellent storable property, nontoxicity, no requirement for solvent, as well as ozone resistance, climate resistance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and excellent non-inflammability. And it also has the same applied properties as Lanxess C84 of Germany and ToshGFL-890 type chloroprene rubber latex of Japan.

Notes:
- When it is being used, the PH value may be adjusted as required by the user; and rubber latex in storage is stable without gel.
- Residual volatile organic compounds (VOC) content ≤ 0.05%, and the test data will be available upon request of the user.
III. Uses
This product is mainly used in the formulas of water based adhesives and is applied in many industrial fields such as shoemaking, building, furniture, mattress and automobile, etc.
- Packaging, Storage and Transportation
This product is packaged in plastic buckets, and the net weight of each bucket is 200±1 kg or 1100±2 kg.
The product shall be protected against freezing and the sun and shall be kept upright during its storage and transportation; it should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouses under a temperature between 5℃ to 30℃ and may be stored for up to 6 months.
